EXPERT OPINION

"Chase has one of the most attractive loyalty programs of any bank. It's Ultimate Rewards are extremely flexible and some cards receive a higher value when redeeming points for travel. Points can also be transferred to airline and hotel partners for potentially higher value. The only downside is that the Chase 5/24 Rule may impact your ability to apply for its cards."
