Jeffrey Harper
Assistant Professor of Practice at Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University
Jeffrey Harper is an assistant professor of practice in marketing and supply chain. He has extensive international experience, having studied for his undergraduate degree at the University of London in England and for a portion of his MBA at the Helsinki School of Business and Economics in Helsinki, Finland. Harper has led foreign study programs for Rawls students on 18 occasions, including Paderno, Italy, Dublin, Ireland and Honefoss, Norway. His extensive international experience has taken him to 54 countries around the world.
Harper started his career with the Rawls College of Business as the founder of the International Business Programs office in 1997. In this capacity, he expanded the Rawls foreign study programs from five programs and 25 participants in 1997 to over 42 foreign study programs with 487 student participants by 2008. During his tenure, Harper supported and managed the undergraduate major in international business as well as an international MBA and two dual degree programs at both the undergraduate and graduate level with Montpellier Sup de Co located in Montpellier, France and a Joint MBA degree with Anahuac University located in Mexico City, Mexico.
