Professor Murray holds a BA, summa cum laude, and MA in History from Johns Hopkins University, where her research focused on the socio-cultural formation of African-American political identity in the early national period. She received her JD from Duke University School of Law and was the Spring Symposium Editor for the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum.
