Kortney Ziegler, PhD

Dr. Kortney Ziegler is the founder and CEO of Well-Money.com, a platform designed to help people get out of debt and stay out of debt through the powerful force of community partnership. He is also a Stanford University Humanities Fellow (Center for Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity). He also founded Fast Company's innovative and award-winning company, Appolition, aimed at alleviating the burdens of the cash bail system on marginalized communities.

He is Northwest Universities' first doctoral candidate in African American diaspora studies. He is a tireless voice for financial education, inclusion and re-thinking oppressive financial lending practices in the U.S.
