Professor Neel Das is interested in investigating consumers' emotional and psychological states of mind (in a consumer decision-making context) after post-purchase disconfirmation. Furthermore, he focuses on certain personality-related variables and their effects on the experience of post-purchase emotions.
Dr. Das' work has been published in such journals as the Journal of Advertising and the International Journal of Electronic Retailing and Marketing. He has also presented his research at national conferences conducted by the American Marketing Association, Society for Marketing Advances, and Fordham University Behavioral Pricing Center.
