How can young drivers understand the differences between liability-only and full coverage?

For young drivers, the chance of getting into accidents, however minor they might be, is much higher than for more experienced drivers. So, buying a used vehicle and carrying only liability might be the way to go if your objective is to save money. However, older cars have fewer safety features than newer cars.
