How can a renter determine if a rental deal is good or bad?

My current situation ia as a renter, how can I thoroughly evaluate if the rental deal I'm considering is favorable or unfavorable, taking into account factors such as location, price, lease terms, amenities, and the overall condition of the property?

To determine if a rental deal is good or bad, renters should consider factors such as the monthly rent, security deposit, lease terms, location, condition of the property and any additional fees or expenses. They should also research similar properties in the area to get a sense of the rental market.
